Oxal’s strategy is to revolutionize practices. Most notably has taken JCI Accredited hospitals in Pakistan from autoclaving to disposable medical pulp within a period of 2 years.
- Oxal Consulting
In 2021 Oxal launched an imitative to develop vertical integration partners, integral to the medical industry supply chain. We developed the business plan for a medical pulp manufacturing facility to include ta commercial buy-back agreement with Europe’s largest disposable pulp medical distributor. Oxal was responsible for attracting an investment group in Bahrain and the factory commenced production in 2022.
